Need to know more, just ring me Contact us

Hello, I’m Carole Thomson and I founded HR Support for Business to give small and medium businesses access to a trusted HR support, service.  I work as a Virtual HR Consultant, locally across Banbury, Bicester and Oxford, and virtually as long as a business operates under English law.  And with me its personal.  I will never just ‘quote the law’, I will always work with you to enable you to get the results your business needs.

With complex employment and health and safety law,  statutory rates and facts, case law and approved codes of practice constantly changing –  It is a full time job just keeping up to date with it all!  I know.

I opened this HR Newsroom to share some of the key information I think small businesses need to know.   Welcome and I hope you find the information useful to you.

Current Government funding for SMEs

I know, as an SME myself,  what a nightmare it is trying to find Government funding that is useful to your business – and not be charged for the privilege someone just looking for you.

That is why as and when I come across funding I will post it here.

The current Growth Voucher scheme ended in March 2015 and we are awaiting what will replace it.

PrintOne of my partners at Partner-in-Business has researched what is currently available for SMEs and has kindly shared it with us.
